To sign up as a distributor with NeuroGenesis, Inc., there is a one time, non-refundable registration fee of $29.95 which includes a distributor kit and one bottle of beCALM'd. If you would like to speak with someone, please call 1-800-862-5033.

There are five ways you can get paid as a NeuroGenesis distributor:

• Earn a profit on all of the personal Retail and Preferred Customer Sales you make;
• Earn a 30% DreamStart bonus on all new distributor purchases for 2 months;
• Earn Unilevel commissions up to 5 levels deep;
• Make your financial dreams come true with a share of our company-wide Incentive Dream pool;
• Be generously rewarded for building a strong organization with our Infinity Dream pool;

NeuroGenesis Positions

Preferred Customer - Anyone can be a Preferred Customer. As a Preferred Customer, you will be eligible to purchase products at a special price directly from the company. If you sign up as a Preferred Customer you agree to buy at least one (1) bottle through our auto-ship (DreamShip) program for at least three (3) consecutive months.

NeuroGenesis Distributor - You can begin as a NeuroGenesis Distributor by:

• submitting a Distributor Application and Agreement (verbally, in writing, or online);
• paying a one-time nonrefundable sign-up fee of $29.95 (for which we give you a Distributor Starter Kit; which includes a personal distributor web page software package);
• paying a monthly $5 Account Maintenance Fee, which will automatically be deducted from your unilevel commission check. If your commission is less than $5, this amount will be charged to your credit card.

The $5.00 per month Account Maintenance Fee provides the following benefits to you:

• maintains the NeuroGenesis corporate DataTrax distributor information system;
• provides an opportunity for every distributor to have 24 hour online secured access (NetTrax) to their sales data and downline reports; the ability to sign up new distributors and customers online; order products and materials online; provides a communication link between you, your downline and potential new distributors; and other information and services to help you build your business;
• provides a personal distributor/business web page; with a product shopping cart and data/distributor tracking reports; product information and testimonials, and much more.

As a Distributor, you agree to continue your required auto-ship (DreamShip) minimums for at least three (3) consecutive months. If you go off DreamShip, you automatically become a retail customer for at least three (3) months. At the end of that period, you may regain your former status by going back on DreamShip for at least three (3) months. A Distributor’s downline will remain during his/her “retail absence”, but you will not receive commissions (the commissions will roll up to your immediate upline). NOTE: All retail and preferred customer sales will be credited towards both your monthly personal sales volume and your monthly DreamShip requirements. As long as your retail and preferred customer sales are equal to or exceeds your DreamShip requirements ($50-$200), your DreamShip requirements are satisfied and no product will be shipped.

As a distributor, you are eligible for 5% commissions on your 1st and 2nd levels. If you are on $50 DreamShip (autoship), you are also eligible to receive the 45% DreamStart bonus for all personally sponsored distributors placed on any level (the sponsor is an existing distributor that first explains the NeuroGenesis business opportunity to a prospect and helps them enroll as a distributor – the NeuroGenesis computer system simply recognizes the sponsor relationship and maintains it no matter where the new distributor is placed in the organization).

Coral - A NeuroGenesis Distributor can be promoted to a Coral by having a Monthly Group Volume (MGV) of at least $300. As a Coral ($100 DreamShip), you are now qualified to receive 5% commissions on your 1st and 2nd levels, 10% commission on your 3rd level, and you continue to be eligible for the 45% DreamStart recruiting bonus.

Jade – A Coral can be promoted to a Jade by having, a Monthly Personal Volume (MPV) of $100, and a Monthly Group Volume (MGV) of $1,500. As a Jade ($100 DreamShip), you are now qualified to receive 5% commissions on your 1st and 2nd levels, 10% commissions on your 3rd and 4th levels, and you continue to be eligible for the 45% DreamStart recruiting bonus.

Pearl – A Jade can be promoted to a Pearl by having a Monthly Personal Volume (MPV) of $100, and a Monthly Group Volume (MGV) of $5,000. As a Pearl ($100 DreamShip), you are now qualified to receive 5% commissions on your 1st and 2nd levels, 10% commissions on your 3rd and 4th levels, 15% commission on your 5th level, and you continue to be eligible for the 45% DreamStart recruiting bonus.

Emerald – A Pearl can be promoted to an Emerald by having a Monthly Personal Volume (MPV) of $100, and a Monthly Group Volume (MGV) of $20,000. As an Emerald ($100 DreamShip), you are now qualified to receive 5% commissions on your 1st and 2nd levels, 10% commissions on your 3rd and 4th levels, 15% commission on your 5th level, to participate in the Incentive Dreams bonus pool, and you continue to be eligible for the 45% DreamStart recruiting bonus.

Diamond – An Emerald can be promoted to a Diamond by having a Monthly Personal Volume (MPV) of $150, and a Monthly Group Volume (MGV) of $40,000. As a Diamond ($150 DreamShip), you are now qualified to receive 5% commissions on your 1st and 2nd levels, 10% commissions on your 3rd and 4th levels, 15% commission on your 5th level, to participate in the Incentive Dream bonus pool, to participate in the Infinity Dream pool (1/2 share), and you continue to be eligible for the 45% DreamStart recruiting bonus.

Diamond Executive – A Diamond can be promoted to a Diamond Executive by having a Monthly Personal Volume (MPV) of $200, and a Monthly Group Volume (MGV) of $80,000. As a Diamond Executive ($200 DreamShip), you are now qualified to receive 5% commissions on your 1st and 2nd levels, 10% commissions on your 3rd and 4th levels, 15% commission on your 5th level, to participate in the Incentive Dream bonus pool, to participate in the Infinity Dream pool, and you continue to be eligible for the 45% DreamStart recruiting bonus.

Unilevel Commissions

As a NeuroGenesis Distributor at any level, you can decide how much income you will make by how much time and effort you spend on your distributorship. Our unilevel commission structure rewards you for your efforts by providing up to 45% payout solely on unilevel pay. Our marketing plan is based upon both regular and dynamic compression, with no breakage. NeuroGenesis pays a full 50% of every wholesale dollar back to our distributors. Once a position is earned, you always hold that position. However, you are “paid” based on your qualifications each month. You qualify each month based on your total group volume. You can only count a maximum qualifying volume of 40% from any one leg of your downline. All product sales are included in the unilevel commission structure. Commissions are paid monthly and start the 3rd month after a NeuroGenesis Distributor signs up (DreamStart is paid during the first two (2) months).

Bonus Pools

INCENTIVE DREAMS BONUS

As a business builder, NeuroGenesis wants to reward your efforts with 3% of the company’s total monthly gross. Therefore, all Emeralds, Diamonds and Diamond Executives will receive a portion of this pool based upon your Monthly Group Volume’s (MGV) percentage of the company’s total monthly gross. Incentive Dreams bonus is paid monthly.

INFINITY DREAMS BONUS

As a business builder and company leader, NeuroGenesis wants to reward your efforts with 2% of the company’s total monthly gross. Therefore, Diamonds (1/2 share) and Diamond Executives will receive a portion of this pool based upon your Monthly Group Volume’s (MGV) percentage of the company’s total monthly gross. The Infinity Dreams bonus pool provides cars, airline tickets, vacation packages and other perks to our company leaders.

The DreamStart bonus is paid two (2) times each month. All other commissions and bonuses are paid monthly. DreamStart bonus is paid for the first 60 days on all customer and distributor’s purchases to three levels of upline who have satisfied monthly their DreamShip requirement.
