There are currently four patents that relate to the ingredients in beCALM'd and other NeuroGenesis products. Holding the patents listed below gives NeuroGenesis, Inc. the exclusive right to make and sell the products described therein.

Unfortunately, there have been some encroachments on these patents. NeuroGenesis was forced to take legal action to protect their interests. The courts agreed and NeuroGenesis has successfully defended our patent position with each challenge. Included in the issues addressed by the courts were those relating to Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Stress, Alcoholism, and Drug Abuse.
